Guarantee
All of our products come with our guarantee that they will reach you in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that the goods are damaged you must contact us within 24hrs. We regret we are unable to send replacement stock unless the damaged items have been first returned to us in the original packaging.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
The type of information we will collect about you includes:

Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with the condition of your purchase please let us know. We want all our customers to be completely delighted with their purchase. Please note that you must notify us as soon as possible of any problems that you have found with our products, and no later than 24hrs from delivery. We will arrange to have the faulty item collected and replaced. We reserve the right to repair furniture in the customer’s home or accept return for repair and/or replacement. Retain the packaging until you have inspected the item, as we can't accept returns without the furniture being repacked, our carrier will not collect anything without this. Where a replacement is not available, we will offer a refund.
Under the distance selling regulations, you are entitled to change your mind about a piece of furniture and inform us within 7 days. The piece of furniture must be unused and be completely rewrapped in the original packaging. Without this the carrier will not collect from you. Returns of this nature will be subject to carriage being charged both for delivery and for collection at the prevailing rate. Where the returns are part of a carriage paid order the carriage both out to you and the return costs to us will be applied. The amount refunded to you will reflect this. Regrettably we are unable to accept furniture that has been part or fully assembled /sale or specially made. We are unable to offer a sale or return facility.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK, VAT is included. Customers within the EU will not be charged VAT on condition that their VAT number is supplied prior to despatch to their designated shipper. If the customer does not have a VAT number and resides within the EU then VAT will be charged. Orders received from all other locations are VAT free, and this will be deducted from the transaction at time of payment/despatch.
Delivery
All orders are shipped by our dedicated furniture carrier. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery. We will contact you if for any reason there is a delay in shipping your purchase, to ask you if you would like to cancel the order or wait for the estimated time which we will give you. We are happy to despatch goods for shipping overseas to your designated shipper.
Failed Delivery/Collections
A failed delivery/collection is defined as being the inability of either ourselves or our carrier to deliver / collect items to / from the customer for any reason including; narrow access, unavailability, refusal by a party to release the items, refusal to assist with a driver only consignment or any other reason, within the time / date agreed between I Furnishings Ltd / our carriers and the customer.
A surcharge of half the original delivery fee will be applied.
Shipping & Handling
All our prices exclude shipping and handling. All orders are sent at a fixed delivery cost for the first item plus a nominal amount per item thereafter.
Our Delivery charges
Delivery to ground floor only one man (two man delivery crew available)
England & Wales £25 for the first item and £15 for subsequent items
Scotland (except AB postcodes and Highlands) £40 for the first item and £15 for subsequent items
Scotland - AB Postcodes and Highlands £60 for the first item and £15 for subsequent items
Scottish Islands /Northern/Southern Ireland - please ask for a quote
Please ensure you advise us of awkward access such as narrow roads, narrow or steep stair cases to flats and small lifts. It is your responsibility to ensure all this information is available to us prior to the carrier attempting delivery. Where difficult access to a premises has not been advised, goods may be left at the point nearest to the address or returned to the depot pending redelivery. A surcharge will be applied in this instance (see failed deliveries)
Staff making deliveries are required within heath and safetly laws to wear their footwear at all times. For this reason we strongly advise customers to make proper provision to protect all carpets and flooring. I Furnishings Ltd or our dedicated carrier do not accept any responsibility for any marks or damage that may be caused by delivery staff during the normal course of their delivery work.
White Glove Service
This service is ideal for any orders that include Wardrobes/Armoires that require a two man crew to enable goods to be carried up stairs. Think will it fit! It is vital that you measure the access before any large goods are purchased. In the event that goods do not fit through front door or upstairs a surcharge will be applied (see failed deliveries) for goods sent back to depot.
This service also includes unwrapping your furniture and taking packaging away; Assembly of bed.
This will incur an additional charge of £60.
