How Delivery Works;
Delivery is free to any address in England , Scotland or Wales for all orders over the value of £300 to any postcode not listed below ie most Postcodes. If your order is less than £300 delivery is charged at £29.95, this is less than delivery cost but helps keep our prices low for customers who order over £300 but have many small items. If your order is less than £300 but is made up of 2 items or more you will only be charged delivery once.
Regrettably we cannot deliver to Ireland. If you are based in Ireland you can place an order with us. We will deliver the items to a Port of your choice. Onward carriage from then on is your responsibility.
Our delivery service is handled by our own contractors. Once an order has been placed with us we will contact you to confirm the order. You will be notified of an approximate delivery date at this stage. When the items are ready to deliver our contractors will pick up the furniture from our depot and take them to their own distribution warehouse. They will contact you themselves using contact information provided by us to arrange a date for delivery, once a date has been confirmed you will be called also on the day to give an approximate indication of delivery time.

4. The couriers will contact you to arrange a day for delivery
Once the order has been delivered and you have checked the goods please sign the POD (proof of delivery) provided by the courier company.
POSTCODES NOT COVERED UNDER FREE DELIVERY;
All areas above Postal Code PA20, IV4 AND PH26, All KW, All ZE, All HS. Delivery to these areas will be subsidised by us but due to extra charges by courier companies we may need to pass this on. If you are not happy with the extra charge we can refund your order with no problems.
Lead Times:
You will be contacted within 24 hours of placing an order. In this email or phone call we will detail lead times and any other applicable information. Lead Times quoted on this website are for guidance only, and are as accurate as possible. Please bear in mind, most items will take will be delivered within 1 week however depending on availability may take up to 6 weeks as we do not hold vast stocks of all products and work on a ‘buy to order’ schedule.
Right to cancel:
All furniture will be delivered to the room of your choice, assembled furniture may be unpacked and the packaging removed. Please inspect the goods thoroughly before accepting delivery and providing a signature for receipt. If the items are signed for as un opened we cannot be held responsible for any damages
If for any reason you are un-satisfied with your purchase our delivery crew will take the item away for an exchange or a refund. You have a legal right to cancel within seven days of receiving your goods. All items returned to us must be received in a re-saleable condition and if collection of an item of assembled furniture is required, we will charge you the cost of collection which is £70. Regrettably, self- assembly furniture cannot be returned once assembly is part or fully completed, unless the item is faulty
Should you wish to return your items in accordance with this regulation we will provide a full refund for the purchase price of the goods, however the buyer is always responsible for any carriage costs involved.
