How safe is it to use Credit Cards Online?
We use Secpay to process all our payments, they are UK's largest internet payment provider and have their site scanned regularly against hackers. No Credit Card information is stored.
What Payment do you accept?
We accept most major credit and debit cards. We will also accept cheques if this suits you better.
What happens if I cancel an order?
Nothing. You have 7 days after delivery to cancel orders and return the goods, once we have received them and check their condition we can give you a refund. If we have something on special order for you we are not able to refund.
What is your delivery policy?
We try and dispatch all our orders as soon as possible, in the vast majority of cases this means within 1 week.
What if I cannot be around when my order arrives?
We will contact you to let you know that your goods have been dispatched. The courier company will also contact you to give you an indication of an arrival date, if this does not suit you please tell them and they will arrange another day free of charge.
What if my goods are damaged?
Please make a note on the delivery note and return with the courier. For more information please see our terms and conditions.
