Based in Warwickshire in the Midlands we are in an ideal logistical location, with around 65% of the UK’s population within a 100 mile radius of our warehouse. As a result, we offer lower than average lead times on all products in stock, 90% of our orders are dispatched within 7 days. Whatever the lead time for the furniture you buy we will ensure that you are kept well informed.
If you have a problem we can guarantee that you will NOT be made to wait 5 minutes in a queue or have no response to any queries you may have. Some companies these days tend to see making customers wait on an expensive phone line as a way of making extra profit from them, or by ignoring customer emails regarding after sales service the problem may go away.
We would like to stress that this is definitely not the way we work, in fact any problems are dealt with urgently because in our mind we are better off to deal with customer service quickly and effectively so we can also continue with our business than letting issues drag on. Our customer comments are a testament to this, they are totally unsolicited and even offered by happy customers.
We are always striving to bring to you the best product at the best price without compromising on quality; and by working very closely with a UK based furniture wholesaler and by buying in volume we further lower our costs and overheads.
In regards to delivery we believe we have one of the most efficient delivery services around. We work very closely with 2 main courier companies who between them have nationwide coverage. Your order is fully traceable from Purchase through to Delivery, and even after delivery you have the ability to log back into our website to see your past purchases or see what’s in your shopping cart.
We do not have a retail shop as this would only increase overheads and drive the price up. We fully appreciate that it is not easy to make large purchases online, especially furniture. For us it was ‘catch 22’, increase costs and open a store or open our warehouse? The decision was relatively simple, invite our customers to visit our clearance warehouse prior to purchasing, it was also a good way to start clearing out end of line products, ex-demo furniture or slight seconds….so why not pop by and have a look at some of what we have to offer?
