In accordance with the distance selling regulations if for any reason you are un-satisfied with your purchase our delivery crew will take the item away for an exchange or a full refund less the cost of carriage. You have a legal right to cancel within seven days of receiving your goods. All items returned to us must be received in a re-saleable condition with original packaging. If collection of an item of assembled furniture is required, we will charge you the cost of collection which is typically £50, or you may deliver the item yourself. Regrettably, self- assembly furniture cannot be returned once assembly is part or fully completed, unless the item is faulty.
